wow! Thrilled to find another WY vegan! I admitt I'm not 100% but working toward it quickly...I am also gluten-free.....which even makes it more difficult in this state. If you have a few recipes for bread, etc that would be great! I don't eat alot of sweets. Thank You! PLH
PLH, I am so glad you found my blog! Please follow me, I would love to know another WY vegan! We are definitely a minority here, but surprisingly there are a few in this state. I am not gluten-free, although, I am trying to not make it a staple in so many of my recipes. A gluten-free diet in this state can be a challenge, I am sure, especially if you live in a small town. This soup is a very tasty and filling soup that I made on a cold day. We had a salad and homemade bread that is also on Tami's blog. It was an excellent meal.
