The Smiling Moose Deli just opened up in town this week. And, boy, am I glad it did! Now, I can add it to the list of restaurants I like to eat at in this town (by the way, that makes 3). They have Vegan/vegetarian options. Tonight Alanna and I tried the Veggie Mo, with red pepper hummus instead of mayo and no cheese. It was very good. I look forward to trying some more of their Vegan options!

Awesome! I'm glad you've got another place to eat yummy vegan food, and hope those options get lots of support! Good to know of this place, should I ever find myself passing through Gillette (which I used to do frequently several years ago when my husband was in the AF Reserves and did his training in Rapid City - back then, though, Gillette was a vegan wasteland!)
P.S. If you get a chance, you might want to add the Smiling Moose Deli to Happy Cow's listings, along with your review and photo. (I need to do the same thing for a couple of Sheridan restaurants that offer good vegan options).
